(Bloomberg) -- Maybank Kim Eng Research said that Indonesia is at risk of losing a special trade status that gives developing economies preferential access to the US market.
Maybank analysts said that Thailand is the second-biggest beneficiary of the decades-old programme, known as the Generalised System of Preferences (GSP) while Indonesia is the fourth largest.
The US review of Indonesia’s status includes intellectual property rights and trade and investment barriers.
